I’m back with the first sausage drop of the year a fresh batch of RAW & FROZEN snags, made, vac-sealed and ready for your smoker at home. 🔥

This time, pick-up is over THREE DAYS so you can swing by when it suits you.

📅 Pick-Up Days:
Thursday 26th, Friday 27th or Saturday 28th February

Time Window:
Anytime between 9am – 4pm

📍 Location:
Bayswater (exact address sent after ordering)

📝 IMPORTANT:
When you check out, please write a rough pick-up time in the order notes (e.g. “Friday around 11am” or “Saturday arvo”). This helps me plan the flow so you’re not all rocking up at once 😅

🧄 Roasted Garlic & Vegemite Lamb
Deep roasted garlic, a hit of Vegemite umami and juicy lamb. Savoury, bold and dangerously moreish.

🌶️ Ancho Cheddar Beef (Lake Janis Beef)
Made using Lake Janis beef — local WA legends producing seriously good quality beef. Mild ancho chilli warmth, heaps of American cheddar and super beef-forward. This is probably our most popular sausage at Big Don’s.

🍟 Irish Spice Bag Chicken
Inspired by the iconic Irish takeaway classic. Chicken sausage with Chinese 5 spice, big savoury vibes and pure comfort-food energy.

🥓 Bacon & Hashbrown Breakfast Pork
Exactly what it sounds like. Pork, bacon and fried hashbrown in one sausage. Breakfast in sausage form.

🤠 Mild Texan Pork
Smoky, gently spiced and super versatile. Great for smoking, great for feeding a crowd. This one’s here for everyone who always asks for something mild.

🛻 Coming from far away? Bring an esky
🔥 Made for the smoker, not the pan (you’ve been warned)
🐷 Hog casings used in all snags (even beef)
