This is a fully hands-on class led by us, Dom, John and Brandon.

What we cover in the class:

• Start the day with a sausage roll

• Chat about how we cook sausage (smoking, temps, techniques)

• Taste different sausages

• Breakdown of two of our full sausage recipes from start to finish

• Hands-on mincing and mixing demo

• One full hour of sausage linking with the 3 of us getting all the tips and tricks

• BBQ platter lunch with the crew to finish

What you take home:

• 1kg of your own handmade snags

• Our signature spice mix for a 5kg batch to make at home

This is a HANDS on lesson.

Couple sausage stuffers running so everyone gets stuck in.
